心理契约违背对新生代科技人才偏离行为的影响机理:

摘    要:以象征互动理论、控制理论、认知失调理论、计划行为理论和资源保存理论作为切入点,研究心理契约违背对新生代科技人才偏离行为的影响机理。将新生代科技人才作为问卷调研对象,通过架构一个有调节的中介模型,结合验证性因素分析、相关分析、回归分析进行实证检验。结果发现,在主效应得到验证的基础上,犬儒主义对心理契约违背与新生代员工偏离行为之间起部分中介作用,且心理资本对上述中介效应具有调节作用。

Abstract:This paper put symbolic interaction theory ,control theory ,cognitive dissonance theory ,planned behavior theory and resource conservation theory as the breakthrough point ,and research on effect mechanism of psychological contract vi‐olation on deviation behavior .In this paper ,The new generation of technology professionals was taken as the questionnaire research object ,and the empirical tests were carried out through a regulated intermediary model with confirmatory factor analysis ,correlation analysis and regression analysis .The following conclusions are drawn from the study :on the basis of the main effect being verified ,cynicism plays part of the intermediary role between psychological contract violation and de‐viation behavior of new generation employees ,and psychological capital plays a role of regulation to the mediating effect a‐bove .
