精准项目管理能力维度的国际核心竞争力提升研究

2010年左右，现代项目管理进入精准项目管理阶段，但是由于对精准项目管理能力及过程模型和参数的精准程度缺乏统一的定义，其发展面临新的挑战。项目生命周期各个环节要求具备基于精准项目管理的核心能力，即总承包商在项目早期的规划与决策、项目过程中的实施与优化、监督与控制所要求的国际核心竞争力及其构成因素。

Studies on Improving Internationally Core Competences of the Capabilities Dimensions of Precise and Accurate Project Management

Modern international project management has entered the phase of precise and accurate project management after the international financial crisis in 2010s ,precise and accurate project management has been proposed ,however ,its devel‐opment faces new challenges since there has been lack of uniform definitions of the preciseness and accurateness and the precise of the accurate project management capabilities ,as well as the models and their process control parameters .The required core capabilities based on the precise and accurate project management for various rings involved in the project life cycle ,namely ,the required internationally core competences and their components for the phases of project strategic plan‐ning and decision making in the early project phase ,as w ell as the project execution and value engineering ,and the project supervision and controls during the execution phase .Through studying the effects of the internationally core competences based on precise and accurate project management capabilities for the success and excellence of projects and configuring such models ,the goal is to help the contractors continuously obtain the success and excellence of projects ,thus improving its internationally core competences with such excellent project performance .
