东北地区物流产业的发展与整合

本文认为,东北地区物流产业的发展尚处于起步阶段,资源利用效率不高,物流成本居高不下,多数物流企业网点密度小,服务功能单一,物流业总体规模小,并呈明显的行业性、区域性特点,本土专业物流公司少,企业竞争力弱,但其大物流体系已现雏形。文章提出,制约东北地区物流产业发展的原因主要在于观念、制度、人才和环境等方面。为促进东北地区物流产业发展,应鼓励第三方物流企业进行兼并、重组、联合与技术升级,完善网络,做大做强;发挥高校、科研院所、行业协会在人才培养、物流技术改进等方面的重要作用;支持行业领先企业拓展业务范围,发展增值服务;加强基础设施建设,制定行业发展规划和行业标准。

The Development and Integration of the Logistics Industry in Northeast Region

The logistics industry in the northeast regional is still at an initial stage.Compared with the developed areas,the logistics industry in the Northeast region is backward,such as high operating costs,slow turnaround,large stocks and low efficiency.The main factors that restricting the logistics industry in the Northeast region lie in concepts,systems,talents and environment.Thus encouraging the third-party logistics to merge and reorganize,playing the important role of colleges,research institutions,industry associations in personnel training,logistics technical improvement and so on.Supporting industry-leading companies to expand their business scope,to develop the value-added services,to strengthen the construction of based facilities,to enact the development planning of trade.These are the main measures to promote the development of the logistics industry in the northeast region.
