| Abstract: | The paper introduced the generation and basic theoretical base of the experiential safety training in the coal enterprise. Discribe the analysis on the typical accident cases, the brainstorming of the safety training; the simulation of the safetytraining scene, the development and practices of safety training and other certain method in it, Believe it is a effective complimentary to safty training in the coal mines. |
