| 摘 要： | 为了提高选址决策的科学性和正确性，结合企业追求成本最小化的目标以及以往选址经验、历史数据，论文提出基于WSMP（仓库策略管理规划）、遗传算法和层次分析法的第三方物流企业仓库选址决策算法．运用定性和定量分析的方法多次迭代求得模型的解，以最经济的物流成本实现最高的客户服务水平和物流网络的覆盖率．从而为企业在低毛利、充分竞争的市场环境中创造可观的利润。

| Abstract: | To help the 3PL companies make the right decision on the warehouse location,on the basis of the lowest-cost company object and former data and experience,this paper utilizes WSMP,GA and AHP to solve the warehouse location problem.With qualitative and quantitative analysis,the solution can iteratively work out the final result and achieve the most customers' satisfaction and range of logistics net under the lowest cost.Finally the company can make a considerable profit in the low-gross-profit and dog-eat-dog market. |
