| 摘 要： | 面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,广大中小物流企业在物流资源配置、业务协同、信息交互等方面的不足日益明显,从而制约了企业的快速发展。针对以上问题,提出了一种面向中小物流企业的物流协同管理系统发展模式和解决方案,建立了系统的体系结构和运行模式,并对系统实施的关键问题进行了分析。
