| 摘 要： | 现代篮球运动在比赛中的高空争斗日趋激烈，教练在挑选运动员时追求队员的身高似乎已成为篮球运动发展的一种趋势。但在实践中，一支优秀的球队如果在阵容配备上能合理利用矮个队员的特点，充分发挥矮个子队员在比赛中的作用，该球队的实力必将大增，甚至会收到意想不到的结果。
