| 摘 要： | 在对北京市高科技企事业员工进行问卷调查的基础上,通过运用多种统计方法,利用SPSS 软件,分析人才对北京市宏观与微观科技创新人才环境各因素的满意度与需求度,并通过对有显著性差异的项目做差异性分析,指出科技创新人才环境应完善之处。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation to employees of hi-tech enterprises in Beijing, this paper uses statistic methods and applies SPSS software to analyze their satisfaction degree and demand degree on individual development , and analyze the difference. According to the statistic results , this paper points out the problems in the technology innovation of talent environment to be perfected. |
