资源场理论与土地利用的空间均衡配置——以江苏省为例

本文利用资源场理论研究了土地利用的空间均衡配置问题。本文以江苏省为例，研究了区域土地利用的资源势以及资源势差。研究结果表明，江苏省目前区域土地利用格局并没有完全按照资源场论发挥其比较优势。按照资源场论分配建设占用耕地指标、补充耕地指标和基本农田保护指标，将是江苏协调经济发展与耕地保护矛盾的有效途径。

Resources Extensity Theory and the Space Equilibrium Arrangement of Land Use

In this articles, the author studies the space equilibrium arrangement of land use by Resources extensity theory. In this text, the author taked Jiangsu Province as an example and studies resource potential and resource potential difference of land use. Research shows that the regional land use pattern in Jiangsu Province makes the most of comparative advantage without according to resource extensity theory totally at present. It is an effective way to coordinate economic development and cultivated land protection to distribute the urban building-land index, supplement cultivated land index and basic farmland protection index according to resource extensity theory.
