| 摘 要： | 随着时代的进步,在高校的教学中,运用实践性教学手段已成为发展的必然。在这样的环境下,必须充分认识到实践性教学的重要意义。文中从目前高校人力资源管理专业的教学现状入手,分析其现有的突出问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
