| 摘 要： | 证券发行市场是证券市场的重要组成部分 ,也是一国证券监管部门重要的监督对象。由于各自的经济背景差异及历史因素的影响 ,我国和日本在证券发行制度方面具有较大差异。所以我们用比较的方法 ,将中日两国证券发行制度进行对比研究 ,在此基础上完善我国的证券发行制度。

Comparative Study of Sino- Japan Security Issue System |

| Abstract: | The issue system constitute one of the most important part of security market, which is also under strict supervision by the government sectors concerned. Because of the influence of economic and historical background respectively, there are many differences in security issue system between China and Japan. This paper makes a comparison between the two systems and propose the coutermeasures to perfect our security issue system. |
