高职生自主学习能力现状分析与提升对策

摘    要:自主学习是与传统的接受式学习相对应的一种现代化学习方式,它一直是教育界关注的重点,认知心理学、人本主义教育思潮和建构主义学习理论为自主学习的发展提供了坚实的理论基础。据调查,高职生在自主学习能力方面所反映的问题比较普遍,主要存在以下几个问题:高职生内在的学习动机不强,外在的学习动机强于内在的学习动机;高职生未形成良好的学习习惯;高职生缺乏科学的学习策略等。文章针对这些问题,提出了相应对策,以促进高职生自主学习能力的提升。

Abstract:Autonomous learning style, a modern learning method, which is opposite to the traditional receptive learning style, is always a focus of the educational field. Its theoretical development is based on cognitive psychology, ideology of humanism education and constructivist learning theory. According to the investigation, the problems higher vocational college students have concerning autonomous learning ability are of common types as follow: weak internalized learning motivation, stronger learning motivation inspired by ex is external environ- ment, and lack of good learning habits and scientific learning strategies. This article puts forward strategies for improvement of higher vocational students' autonomous learning ability.
