当前高职教育面临的几个突出问题

我国高职教育发展迅速,对经济的贡献度越来越高,然而自身发展过程中存在的问题也不能回避。文章分析了当前我国高等职业教育存在的高职生社会地位低、职业教育体系不完整、教改缺乏顶层设计、办学相对封闭、教学条件落后、教师职业技能欠缺、社会服务能力不强等突出问题,并就这些问题的解决提出了相应的对策建议。

Main Problems in the Development of Higher Vocational Education

In recent years China has seen rapid development of higher vocational education, which contributes more and more to China＇s economy. However, in the development exist many problems which should be confronted. The main problems are lower social status of vocational college graduates, incomplete system of vocational education, lack of top-level design for teaching reforms, comparatively closed school running, poor teaching facilities, teachers＇ lack of professional skills, and inadequate ability to serve the community. To these problems solutions and suggestions are proposed in this paper.
