新形势下创新住房公积金管理策略探讨——以无锡市住房公积金管理工作为例

以改革为主题的十八届三中全会,提出了建立公开规范的住房公积金制度,改进住房公积金提取、使用、监管机制的明确要求。当前住房公积金管理工作中,仍存在着制度设计不够完善、归集扩面力度不足、现代化手段应用不够等问题,只有将新时期住房公积金工作在机制、路径、手段、方式上实现"四个创新",才能更好地实现公积金工作的转型升级,更好地服务大众、服务发展。

Strategies of Housing Fund Management in the New Situation

The Third Plenary Session of 18th CPC Central Committee took the reform as its theme and proposed to construct open and standard housing fund system and improve the mechanics of withdrawal, use and monitoring of housing fund. There still exist such problems as imperfect system, inadequate coverage and insufficient application of modern methods in the current housing fund management. In the new situation, only innovation in mechanics, ways, methods and means can housing fund management be transformed and updated rapidly, and better serve the public and development.
