“公益金融”构想与上市银行履行社会责任方式创新

本文针对上市银行在履行社会公益责任时,普遍存在着履行方式单一、忽视后续效果、不能利用自身特色和优势等问题,提出了"公益金融"构想,即上市银行利用自身网点优势和信用甄别能力充当公益平台,吸引有能力、有意向的出资人向农村、城市低收入贫困阶层提供小额创业启动资金,实现"造血式扶贫"。这样不仅能够发挥上市银行自身的比较优势,实现履行社会责任方式的创新,同时也推动整体经济效益和社会效益的提高。

Concept of Charity Finance and Innovation in Social Responsibilities of Listed Banks

Participation in social responsibility has become an important way to maintain corporate reputation of the listed banks. However, their performances in social welfare responsibilities are always in a single way, ignoting the subsequent effects and making not enough use of their eharaeteristies and advantages. This paper presents a concept of charity finance listed banks use their own network advantages and the ability to act as a public service eredit platform to attract loaners with the intention of financing rural and low-ineome and underprivileged urban classes, providing small entrepreneurial start-up capital to achieve hematopoietie poverty alleviation. This will not only be able to take advantages of listed banks to fulfill the innovation of social responsibility, but also promote the improvement of the overall economic and social welfares.
