| 摘 要： | 加强高职院校学生顶岗实习管理,提高顶岗实习效率,是进一步提升人才培养质量的重要举措。文章就目前高职院校学生在顶岗实习过程中所表露出的问题进行了分析,并提出关于顶岗实习管理工作的改进措施,目的是进一步推动校企合作。

| Abstract: | To strengthen internship management of vocational college students and enhance their internship efficiency is an important measure of further improvement in talents training quality. Based on careful analysis of the problems existed in the internship of vocational college students, this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve internship management so as to further promote cooperation between colleges and enterprises. |
