河南省推进新型城市化的创新模式研究

加快城市化进程对于转移农村剩余劳动力,乃至解决三农问题具有重要意义,而河南省作为传统的农业大省,城市化水平却长期低于全国平均水平,存在城市化进程缓慢、城市发展区域差异显著、城市职能单一、城市基础设施投入少等问题。因此,必须探索具有河南特色的新型城市化模式,进而完善城市规划,缩小区域差异;强化城市功能,强化民生保障;扩大城市规模,加快城市化进程;发展低碳经济,打造生态城市。

A Study of the Innovation Mode of New Urbanization Push in Henan Province

Urbanization is of great significance to China for it promotes the transfer of rural surplus labor force to cities, and helps solve the problems that agricultural industry, rural areas and farmers meet with. Henan Province, as a traditional agricultural region, has been below the national average urbanization level for a long time. The province faces the problems of a slow process of urbanization, development imbalance of cities, single function of cities, and insufficient investment in urban infrastructures. Therefore, this paper explores a new ur- banization pattern with the characteristics of Henan Province, which helps improve the urban planning, achieve development balance of different regions, strengthen urban functions, improve people＇s livelihood, expand the scale of cities, accelerate the urbanization process, develop a low-carbon economy and build eco-friendly cities.
