| Abstract: | The loss and infringement of both medium and small shareholders＇ rights can be accrued to a variety of reasons. The new ‘company law＇, through the implementation of a holistic voting system, expands these shareholders＇ rights, the rights of shares acquisition and request to dissolve a company, shareholders＇ litigation rights. Hence, the law more effectively and comprehensively protects the rights and interests of the shareholders. |
