摘    要:研究目的:运用数据包络分析建立农村土地利用效率评价模型。研究方法:分别从“技术效率”、“纯技术效率”、“规模效率”等方 面进行评价,并进一步分析分水镇各行政村的投入过剩与产出不足。研究结果:杭州市分水镇的农村土地利用效率总体良好,空间上表现为东 南高西北低,非DEA有效的行政村在投入方面表现较好,但是产出部分明显不足,空间上表现为环绕中心镇区分布。研究结论:DEA模型能够突 破主观因素的限制,有效地评价农村土地利用效率。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to apply DEA to set up an assessment model for rural land use efficiency. The technology efficiency, pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency methods were used in the paper in order to analyze the excessive input and insufficient output in the administrative villages of Fenshui Town. The results show that the rural land use efficiency is generally reasonable in Fenshui Town. However, the spatial characteristic of land use efficiency inside the Fenshui Town shows high level in the southeast region while low level in the northwest region. The administrative villages with DEA-inefficient performance have an unbalanced input-output ratio, which are distributed around center of the town. The conclusion of this paper is that the DEA Model can overcome the limitation of subjective factors and effectively assess rural land use efficiency.
