| 摘 要： | 供应链理论自产生以来，受到的重视都是与日俱增．对供应链的研究成果也颇多。而与之相比，随后产生的逆向物流供应链理论的研究成果比较少。论文分析了闭环供应链的特点．同时包含了正向物流和逆向物流，研究了逆向物流供应链不同于正向供应链的风险．并且提出了相关的防范和规避措施。

| Abstract: | Supply chain theory is gaining growing emphasis since it appeared, then a great many of findings have been achieved in this area. Comparing with forward supply chain, supply chain in reverse logistics is a little bit late in coming, thus the findings are limited. The writer gives attention to particularly risks in reverse logistics, which are different from that of forward supply chain after analyzing the characteristics of closed-loop supply chain including both reverse and forward logistics. Besides, some measures to keep away and evade those risks are also put forward. |
