城市房地产业可持续发展能力比较研究

摘    要:房地产业是人类社会活动的基本形式之一,又是同人类环境密切相关的主要活动,房地产业的良好发展关系到城市的可持续发展能力。文章从社会、经济、环境、资源四个方面建立城市房地产业可持续发展能力评价指标体系,并构建基于因子分析法的城市房地产业可持续发展能力评价系统,以山东省17个城市为例进行实证分析,指出其存在的优势与不足。
