| Abstract: | On the basis of briefly outlining international common theories and current domestic policies of higher education fee charges,this paper analyzes existing problems in China’s higher education fee charging and puts forward factors that should be considered in higher education charging standard making as well as countermeasures of reasonably adjusting China’s higher education charging standard. |
