| 摘 要： | 经济增长理论认为,FDI是一国获取外国先进技术的重要渠道。本文采用DEA方法将中国13个服务行业的全要素生产率增长分解为技术效率和技术进步的增长,就服务业FDI对生产率增长的影响作了实证分析。研究发现,在2004～2008年期间,中国服务行业的全要素生产率增长的原因主要是各行业的技术进步增长,而不是技术效率的提高;服务业FDI显著地促进了服务行业的全要素生产率增长、技术效率和技术进步的增长。

| Abstract: | The Economic growth theory shows that FDI can promote technological progress.This paper analyzes the impacts of service FDI on productivity growth of Chinese service industries using the DEA method to decompose the total factor productivity into technical efficiency and technological progress.We find that service FDI is important for total factor productivity change,technical efficiency and technological progress. |
