| 摘 要： | 资源型地区在发展过程中,要防止出现"资源陷阱现象",必须正确处理好资源耗竭性、企业逐利性与经济社会持续发展之间的矛盾,产业集聚"路径依赖"与产业结构优化升级之间的矛盾,以及当地政府应扮演的角色。

| Abstract: | During the development process,resource-based areas should keep vigilance over "Resource Curve" and solve the contradiction among depletion of resources,profit-driven enterprises and sustainable development,the contradiction of government’s roles and the contradiction of path dependence and optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. |
