广州酒店、餐饮企业低碳化发展实证研究

摘    要:以广州市星级酒店、餐饮企业为例,站在企业战略高度,对星级酒店、餐饮企业实施低碳化的现状进行了调查。通过因子分析方法研究,指出了星级酒店、餐饮企业发展中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract:Taking Guangzhou star hotels and catering enterprises as examples,this paper does industry survey on current situations of star hotels and catering enterprises’ low carbon development.Through factor analysis,existing problems in star hotels and catering enterprises development are pointed out and corresponding suggestions are proposed.
