基于AHP的团购网站服务质量评价研究

摘    要:团购网站作为一类新兴的B2T网站正以迅猛的势头发展,由于团购网站的服务质量参差不齐,随之而来的是各种问题的出现。由于服务质量已经成为团购网站的竞争力主要因素之一。将通过问卷调查结合专家分析建立指标体系再以层次分析法对国内三家团购网站服务质量进行综合评价。通过分析,使团购网站经营者了解自身网站在服务质量方面存在的不足。旨在帮助团购网站经营者在目前国内外对于团购网站服务质量研究较少的情况下提高网站的服务质量。

Abstract:B2T site as a new group Web site are to the momentum of rapid development,because group buying website service quality is mixed,followed to a variety of problems appear.Due to the quality of service has become one of the main factors of competitiveness of group buying website.Through a combination of expert analysis of questionnaire to establish indicators to analytic hierarchy process for comprehensive evaluation of service quality for the three Group Web site.Through analysis,mission purchased site operators insufficient knowledge of their websites in terms of quality of service.To help the group buying site operators in at home and abroad for less service quality research group Web site circumstances improve the quality of services of the Web site.
