摘    要:在现代企业发展过程中,"人才发展"是推动企业发展的最活跃因素。以人为本的现代管理理论的提出,即从管理的指导思想到具体的原则和方法,都要从人出发,以人为核心,关心职工的需要,并将每个职工视为有价值的人,通过提升企业人力资源管理水平、重视人才的开发和利用、调动和激发人的积极性、主动性和创造性、建立和完善人才培训机制、加强企业文化建设,实现企业利润最大化,对解决企业的人才发展瓶颈问题,加强企业的人力资源战略管理创新,实现企业的快速持续发展具有重要的意义,在企业快速发展过程中有其独特的应用。

Abstract:In the modern process of enterprise development,the "talent development" is the most active factor in promoting the development of enterprises.People-oriented modern management theory,from the guiding ideology of management to specific principles and methods should be from the people,human-centered,care for their needs,and of each employee as a valuable by enhancing corporate human resource management,talent development and use,mobilize and inspire the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the people,the establishment and improvement of the training mechanism,strengthen the building of enterprise culture,to achieve maximum profit,to solve the bottleneck of talent development to strengthen human resources strategic management of innovation,to achieve rapid and sustainable development of enterprises of great significance,and its unique application in the process of rapid development of enterprises.
