城镇化对我国粮食刚性需求影响的研究

粮食安全问题是目前城镇化进程中的风险之一.通过分析后认为,城镇化过程中粮食总体消费弹性区间呈收窄趋势,粮食刚性需求越来越大,这一现象在城镇地区相较于农村地区更为显著.其次,虽然粮食产量持续增长,但由于不确定性的增多,农产品供给难以保持与需求同步增长,一旦发生粮食减产,势必从多方面威胁到我国的经济形势.

Study of Impact on China's Urbanization to Absolute Demand of Food

Food security is one of the risks in urbanization nowadays.The paper analyzes the changes of residents＇ food consumption characteristics,focused on the increasing food demand.The result shows that the elastic range of food consumption is narrowing,which is more obvious in urban area than rural area.Ahhough food production keeps sustainable growth,it＇s hard for food supply to keep in the same pace with demand arising due to the increase of uncertainty.Once the food production reduced, China＇s economy must be threatened by multiple ways.
