| Abstract: | Analysis the adverse effects of the mobility of rural human resources to increasing grain production. Based on optimal configuration of resources, the issue put forwoard that we should promote agricultural mechanization,human resources development and promotion of food science and technology in order to achieve the mobility of rural human resources and sustainable grain production. |
