| 摘 要： | 以“减量化、再利用、再循环”为准则的循环经济理念是各行各业制定“十一五”规划的重要指导思想。因此,构建基于循环经济的绿色产业链,即由绿色信息产业、绿色宣教产业构成的软性绿色产业和由绿色资源产业、绿色制造产业、绿色流通产业构成的硬性绿色产业,必然以循环经济为指导,使企业顺应宏观环境的变化,抓住新的商机,大力发展绿色营销,进而促进我国循环经济的发展。

| Abstract: | The recycle economy standards of "reduce, reuse and recycling" are the direction of "The Eleventh Five-Year- Planning" in all walks and lines. The soft green industry, which consists of green information industry, green education industry, and the hard green industry, which consists of green resources industry, green manufacture industry and green logistics industry, should be directed by recycle economy. |
