| 摘 要： | 世界经济一体化的趋势要求各国的国内立法应该与国际规范接轨。WTO争端解决机制的成功性使其更有理由成为各国立法效仿的对象。我国应根据加入WTO的要求和承诺,结合国情,完善有关方面的立法,并利用这一机制完善我国有关反倾销的法律制度,合理、合法地保护我国国内企业的利益。

| Abstract: | The trend of world integrative economy need combination of domestic and international law. According to the equipment and acceptance in entering into WTO, our nation should perfect concerned legislation integrated with China conditions, make use of WTO dispute settlement mechanism to perfect concerned antidumping legal system, and protect profits of domestic enterprise legally. |
