| 摘 要： | 目前,湖南省产业结构调整不到位,尤其是农业产业结构调整与优化,未能满足市场对农产品优质化和多样化的需求,以及第二产业发展产业结构水平低、第三产业增长幅度小等问题。应对湖南产业结构升级采取有效措施,协调好湖南省三次产业发展的比例关系,重点选择和培育主导产业,培植特色产业群以增强竞争优势,抢占市场制高点,以此来支撑湖南经济的快速持续增长,实现从资源优势到竞争优势的转换。

| Abstract: | Currently,the adjustment of Hunan industrial structure is far from requirement,especially,the adjustment and optimization of agricultural structure cannot meet the market need of quality and variety of agricultural products,in addition,the industrial structure is low in the secondary industry and the increase of the tertiary industry is small.So we should take effective measures to improve Hu-nan industrial structure to coordinate the proportion of its three industries in development,choose and develop the leading industry,cul-tivate characteristic industry to increase competitive advantage,occupy the market to support its rapid and continuous growth,and real-ize its transformation from resource advantage to competitive advantage. |
