| Abstract: | Based on real option theory,the opportunity and timing selection of land expropriation institution reform are analyzed in this article.The land expropriation institution reform,dominated by central government,holds similarity of "call option".Once the reform of land expropriation institution brings higher benefit than its cost,the central government will enforce reform like executing the option. |
