| 摘 要： | 了解Roy（罗伊）适应模式在1例小脑室管膜肿瘤患者术后放疗期间的护理应用效果，并对该理论进行评判性分析。应用罗伊适应模式对1例小脑室管膜肿瘤术后放疗患者寻找常见的刺激源，采取护理措施，以控制刺激强度，扩大患者的适应性。患者的最终行为能适应放疗，顺利完成了治疗。罗伊的适应模式能指导护士对患者进行全面评估，及时发现影响患者的刺激因素，采取合适护理措施，维持患者的良好状态，但每种理论都不是十全十美的，应了解其优缺点，在护理实践中综合应用。
