随着供应链管理的发展,企业越来越注重对供应链成本,特别是库存成本的管理。本文回顾了供应链库存管理方法的演变过程,重点介绍了一种新的库存管理方法——联合库存管理。并建立了简单的成本比较模型,同时还对供应链上下游企业之间的利益分配进行了简单的博弈分析。

The Research of Jointly Managed Inventory Based on Supply Chain Management

With the development of supply chain management, enterprises are attaching importance to the management of supply chain cost, especially of inventory cost. This article reviews the evolutionary process of inventory management method in supply chain. It introduces a new method of inventory management-jointly managed inventory, and builds a simple model of comparing cost between the traditional management method and jointly managed inventory. It also simply analyzes the benefit allocation between supplier and retailer on supply chain.
