失地农民养老保险制度若干问题研究

建立失地农民养老保险制度是加速我国城市化进程的必然选择，从该制度发展的现状来看，各地在探索中形成了几种比较行之有效的模式，但也存在制度供给不足、资金来源匮乏、参保积极性不高等问题。为确保失地农民“老有所养”，文章从路径选择、资金筹集、参保积极性等方面，提出了完善失地农民养老保险制度的几点建议。

Research on some Issues of Endowment Insurance System of Landless Peasants

Establishing Endowment Insurance System is a inevitable choice to accelerate the urbanization process of China. According to the current situation of development of the system, some area formed several relatively effective model in exploration.There still existed several problems, such as insufficient supply of system,lack of funding sources, unenthusiasm of attending endowment insurance. To ensure that landless peasants can be taken good care of when they are old, This paper puts forward several proposals in path selection, fund raising, the peasants＇ initiative arousing, in purpose perfecting the Endowment Insurance System.
