| 摘 要： | 积极推进高校研究生教育发展战略研究,必须以科学发展观为指导。科学发展观指导下的研究生教育发展战略主要包括特色战略、创新战略、竞争战略、环境战略等。而战略定位是发展战略的前提,战略实施是发展战略的关键。在科学发展观的指导下,灵活运用多样化的研究生教育发展战略才能真正促进高校研究生教育全面、协调、可持续发展。
