| 摘 要： | BPR(Business Process Reengineering)即业务流程重组,是兴起于美国的最新管理思想。本文在阐述BPR的基础上,探讨以IT技术为手段,运用BPR理念对高校学籍管理流程进行改造,以达到提高其运作效率,降低管理成本的目的。
