| 摘 要： | 论述了森林保险作为重要的林业风险保障机制,在减少林业投融资风险,实现林业、银行业与保险业互惠共赢方面具有的重要意义。从林农与保险公司的不同角度,考查了当前我国森林保险开展情况及面临的两难境地,提出了开展政策性森林保险的建议。即将其纳入国家政策性保险保费补贴范围,建立风险补偿机制,实行税收优惠,确定承办的保险公司,因地制宜地确定承保责任范围和保险费率。
