| 摘 要： | 企业家思想道德素质是企业家素质的核心内容之一,在市场经济条件下加强企业家思想道德素质更具有重要的意义。文章针对目前对企业家思想道德素质重视不够的现状,探讨了企业家思想道德素质对企业发展的价值。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneur's moral and ideological qualities are the core of the entrepreneurs'qualities.Under the circumstances of market economy,it's of great importance to strengthen entrepreneur's moral and ideological qualities.In view of the current conditions of attaching not enough attention to entrepreneur's moral and ideological qualities,this paper probes into the values of entrepreneur's moral and ideological qualities towards the development of the enterprises. |
