| 摘 要： | 跨国公司对外直接投资已成了世界经济增长与发展的重要推动力量。经济一体化、金融自由化使金融业跨国公司对外直接投资日益凸显。文章探讨了金融业跨国投资的理论依据,并根据邓宁的国际生产折衷理论,以美国的实践为主验证了金融业跨国投资也符合邓宁的这一直接投资主流理论;同时,分析总结了金融业跨国公司对外直接投资的效应。

| Abstract: | FDI of the multinational companies have already been a important impetus of the economy of world
increase and development. Economic integration and financial liberalization make FDI of multinational financial
companies highlight increasingly. The paper discussed the theories of financial multinational investment according to
the fulfillment of the United States's based on Dunning's Eclectic Paradigm of International Production, and verified
the financial institutions multinational investment also matching Dunning's theory, this invest the mainstream theoriy
of FDI. And summarized the effects of financial multinational companies' FDI. |
