| 摘 要： | 本文阐明了现行分配制度在当前社会主义市场经济深化条件下暴露的弊端 ,为了克服这些弊端 ,作者结合科研工作的特殊性和新形势下劳动经济激励特点 ,设计了一套弹性收入分配模型 ,可有效解决现行科研院所收入分配制度的不足 ,为科研院所在新形势下进一步探索收入分配制度的改革方向进行了科学有益的探讨。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of drawbacks in the present distribution system under the condition of socialist market economy and taking into account the particularity of scientific researches and economic stimulation in labour, this paper designs a flexible distribution model which can effectively overcome the deficiency in the distribution system being practised in scientific research institutes, making a meaningful probe into the reform of distribution system in a new situation. |
