科技型企业创生资源包括技术、资金、人才等,考虑到企业现有资源的局限性,企业能否从外部环境中获取资源是其能否顺利创生的关键。环境主体搭建起科技型企业和外部环境之间的“桥梁”。环境主体主要包括大学及科研机构、关联企业、融资机构、中介机构和政府。科技型企业与不同主体间创生资源的整合途径不同,这些途径主要为价格机制、竞争合作、溢出与扩散效应、指导性机制。

A Study on Assembling Resources for Emergence of New Technology-based Firms

Initial resources for emergence of new technology-based firms (NTBFs) include technology resource, capital resources and human resource and so on. Considering the limitation of extra resources in firm, whether firm obtain key resources from external environment or not determines whether new technology-based firms can create successfully or not. Actors of environment establish the “bridge” between technology-based firms and the external environment. These actors include research and educational organizations, related companies, financing organizations, bridging organizations, government. The approaches of assembling resources for emergence of NTBFs are different between firms and different actors. The approaches include price mechanism, competition and cooperation, spillover and diffusing effect, instruction mechanism.
