With the development of economy, the modern society enters the era of technological competition , the patent work concerns the power of one country's economic quality and international abilities of competition, will even produce deep influence on economy. On the basis of analysing current situation of patent work of Fujian Province through a large number of data, the paper probed into the reason which forms this kind of state through the process of patent forming, and then put forward the countermeasure of improving the patent work of Fujian Province.
