| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于模糊方法的企业活力评价方法。在建立企业活力评价指标体系的基础上，介绍了处理多指标体系的模糊方法，介绍了 AHP法确定指标权数的原理，进而对企业活力运用模糊方法进行了综合评价，并验证了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Having established the system of evaluation indexes of enterprise vitality, this paper presents the fuzzy method of dealting with multi-objective system, and the principle on which the methods of AHP is used to make decisions on the weight of indexes. And then fuzzy method, which proves to be effective, is used to evaluate enterprise vitality synthetically. |
