| Abstract: | Human capital investment in high-tech enterprise capital directly affects the core competitiveness of enterprises,and it is particularly important to help the enterprises maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. Act as an investment,companies must analyze capital and earnings of human investment. Human capital investment consists of financial investment and emotional investment,and emotional investment,and the benefits of the human capital investment consist of quantifiable economic benefits and non-quantifiable type and non-economical benefits. |
