| 摘 要： | 随着出口贸易的快速增长,我国面临反补贴加剧的严峻形势,这会对我国出口贸易造成严重影响,并危及企业竞争力。文章从国外对华实施反补贴的现状入手,通过对补贴和反补贴的福利分析,提出相应的对策。
