| 摘 要： | 随着国民经济和社会的发展，城市经营特别是城市生态经营越来越重要。从可持续发展的角度，提出树立城市生态经营的理念，城市生态经营的内涵及其特征，生态城市建设的主要内容和保障措施，以加快生态城市建设，提高生态城市建设水平。
