| 摘 要： | 利用计量经济模型进行人才预测是一种新的尝试。本文在对河北省工业历史和现状分析的基础上,给出了一组计量经济模型。模型反映了我省全民工业专门人才及其相关量之间的数量关系,并对专门人才相关量进行了预测,进而推算出1990年我省全民工业专门人才需求量。

| Abstract: | It is a new trial to talent by applying metrological econmoic model.Based upon the analysis of indnstry history and present conditions of Hebei province,this article gives ont a groop of metrological economic models which reflect the quanticative relati- onship beteen the talents in whole people industry of Hebei provi nce and its interrelated foetors.According to the interrelated factors of talents estimated,this artical has reckoned out the demand qu- antity of talents in whole people insustry of Hebei province in 1990. |
