| 摘 要： | 利用因子分析和灰色关联分析方法建立了农村居民点用地变化模型，结合辽阳市的实际情况对影响农村居民点用地面积的主要社会经济因素进行了分析；结果表明，农民人均纯收入、农业生产总值、道路面积、乡村户数、农村固定资产投资、城市化水平是影响农村居民点用地面积变化的主要因素。

| Abstract: | The method of factor analysis and grey incidence analysis was employed to establish the model of the rural residential area change.Conbined with the actual situation of Liaoyang Ctiy,the text analyses the main socioeconomic influencing factors of the rural residential area.The result showed that main influencing factors of the rural residential area change included the net income per-capita of farmers,total agricultural production,road area,rural subscriber number,rural fixed-assets investment,urbanization ... |
